Overview

In March 2005 DVLA entered into a 20 year PFI Agreement ("PA") with supplier Telereal Trillium ("TT") for the provision of facilities management ("FM") services. The PA is due to expire on the 31 March 2023 (Soft Services) and on 31 March 2025 (Hard Services).

The DVLA require support to negotiate the exit terms and transitional work to establish a new contractual agreement to establish the future requirement. This remit of work will extend beyond the existing contractual term with a maximum term of 5 years.
