NHS North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board (NENC ICB) is seeking market feedback to inform the future design and delivery of an integrated Occupational Health (OH) and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) service for its workforce. NENC ICB is issuing this prior Information Notice (PIN) as a market engagement exercise Request for Information (RFI) to gather information on the market landscape.

This indicative scope for this service covers Core Occupational Health Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) & Psychological Support Mental health and psychological wellbeing MSK, Rehabilitation & Prevention Health, wellbeing and prevention Digital, Data & Service Access Attendance and organisational support.
