These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Tendarix (the "service"), operated by Unique Evolution Limited ("we", "us"). By using Tendarix you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
Tendarix aggregates publicly available UK and EU public-sector tender and contract notices, adds summaries and matching, and presents them in one place. The service is currently free to use. We may add, change or remove features over time.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. You must give accurate information and let us know if you suspect any unauthorised use.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it using automated means without our permission.
- Do not scrape, resell or redistribute our data in breach of these terms or applicable law.
- Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Accuracy of information
We work hard to keep tender data accurate and up to date, but the underlying notices are produced by third parties (such as government and council procurement systems). We cannot guarantee that every detail is complete, current or error-free. Always verify an opportunity against the official source before you act on it — we link to the source on every contract page.
No professional advice
Tendarix, including our blog and guides, provides general information only. It is not legal, financial, tax or procurement advice. You should take professional advice for your specific situation.
Intellectual property
The Tendarix name, brand, design and original content are owned by Unique Evolution Limited. Public tender notices remain the property of their respective publishers.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we provide it "as is" and do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend the service for maintenance or other operational reasons.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service or its data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
