How we compiled this
Every fact about another service comes from that service's own website, or GOV.UK for the government services, read on 21 October 2026. We did not use review sites or anyone else's claims. Each comparison page links its sources.
Prices are as each service publishes them. Where a service does not publish prices, we say so rather than guess. Where its own pages disagree, we leave the figure out.
Tendarix sells one of these services, so read this as a vendor's comparison. We describe our own gaps too: Tendarix has no contacts database, CRM integration or API.
Which kind of service do you need?
Just starting, or checking a notice: the government services are free. Find a Tender carries the notices for new UK procurements since 24 February 2025 (below-threshold Scottish ones apart); Contracts Finder lists contracts over £12,000 with the government and its agencies.
Bidding regularly on a small budget: a low-cost alert service that reads every source for you, like Tendarix.
Selling to government with a sales team: the market-intelligence platforms add spend data, decision-maker contacts and CRM integration, at team prices.
