This Privacy Policy explains how Tendarix collects, uses and protects your personal data. Tendarix is operated by Unique Evolution Limited ("we", "us"), an independent UK software studio. We are committed to handling your data in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Who we are

Unique Evolution Limited is the data controller for personal data processed through Tendarix. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, contact us at sales@uniqevo.co.uk.

What data we collect

  • Account data: your name, email address and password (stored securely, hashed).
  • Business profile: details you choose to add, such as company name, sectors, regions and targeting preferences, used to match you with relevant contracts.
  • Usage data: how you use the service, such as searches, saved alerts and pages viewed, to improve the product.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, approximate location, cookie identifiers and advertising cookies, collected automatically for security, analytics and advertising controls.

How we use your data

We use your personal data to:

  • Provide and operate the Tendarix service, including matching and alerts.
  • Send service emails and, where you have opted in, our newsletter.
  • Keep the service secure and prevent misuse.
  • Understand and improve how the product is used.
  • Show, measure and control advertising on public content pages where advertising is enabled.

Lawful bases

We rely on contract (to provide the service you sign up for), legitimate interests (to secure and improve the product), and consent (for marketing emails and, where required, advertising cookies or personalised advertising, which you can withdraw at any time).

Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run Tendarix (for example hosting, email delivery, analytics and advertising partners), under contracts that require them to protect it, and where the law requires.

Advertising and Google AdSense

Tendarix may use Google AdSense on public content pages. Google and other third-party vendors may use advertising cookies, device identifiers and similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to Tendarix and other websites.

Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on previous visits to this site and other sites. You can control personalised advertising in Google's ad settings at adssettings.google.com. You can also learn how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Google may work with certified advertising networks and third-party vendors to provide and measure ads. If you are in the UK, EEA or Switzerland, we will ask for consent where required before using advertising cookies or personalised ads.

Data retention

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
  • Ask us to delete your data ("right to erasure").
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent for marketing at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email sales@uniqevo.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to keep the service secure. We may also use analytics cookies and advertising cookies on public content pages. You can control cookies through your browser settings, Google ad settings and, where shown, the site consent controls.
