Overview
The London Borough of Tower Hamlets is seeking to appoint a Multidisciplinary Design Team as well as a Quality Surveyor/Employers Agent for the Whitechapel Leisure Centre and Residential Scheme. The project design development shall include services to enable demolition of the existing Whitechapel Leisure Centre and other associated structures; and the completion of design of a new build leisure facility and a 9-storey residential building delivering 45 new council owned homes; with associated landscaping and public realm improvements.
