Overview
Chiltern Rail is seeking to procure a Performance, Delay and Incident Management System to replace its existing Compass solution. The requirement includes the provision, implementation, configuration, integration, data migration, testing, training, hosting, support and ongoing maintenance of a system capable of supporting Chiltern Rail's operational performance, delay management, incident and event management, and associated action-tracking requirements.
The solution must support use within a live railway operational environment and integrate, where required, with relevant railway, operational and corporate systems. Chiltern Rail requires a complete end-to-end solution.
This may comprise a single integrated system or an integrated combination of modules, systems and/or third-party components, provided that the Supplier takes responsibility for delivery and ongoing support of the complete requirement. The anticipated contract term is five years, with an option for Chiltern Rail to extend the contract by up to a further two years.
Additional details
The estimated maximum value of the procurement is £1,900,000 excluding VAT over the full potential seven-year term, inclusive of the optional two-year extension period. The detailed functional, technical, implementation and service requirements are set out in the procurement documents.
