North Yorkshire Council is looking to develop an Approved Provider List, to deliver services across the county for Children and Young People with disabilities. The potential client group to receive these services will be Children and Young People that are open to Children and Young Peoples services and Inclusion, with an assessed need for a short break service.
The procurement will establish 3 new lots and enable packages of care to be commissioned and social care services to be put in place. Community Based Support Services are an essential part of Children or Young person’s ’s short breaks services, the Council requires a responsive service from Providers to ensure that children or young persons are supported to access social and leisure opportunities in their community to support them to continue in the care of their family or carers that love and care for them.
