Overview
Northumberland County Council is seeking to create a Flexible Purchasing Solution (FPS) to access support for disabled children and young people within their homes and community against an agreed Care Plan. This will be in line with assessed levels of need and may form part of a continuum of care. Whilst this Service will contribute to Northumberland’s Short Break offer it is important to note that the provision of other forms of short break respite, including funding to access or support-based activity schemes, will sit outside the scope of this tender.
