Additional details
In order to deliver HM Land Registry's transformation programme effectively, the current Chair is looking to build capability and is working to create strong Board oversight and support of the executive team. Active engagement of specialist skills Non-Executive Directors (NEDs) is going to be crucial for this to be a success.
HM Land Registry is therefore looking to appoint three (3) specialist NEDs to the Board with legal, financial and digital/transformation backgrounds respectively, who will be able to provide independent and objective advice to the Board and Executive team on their areas of expertise as the organisation goes through the transformation. We have not been able to identify a wide pool of potential candidates with these specialist skills and require an executive search firm that has access to potential candidates in the relevant sectors.
It is also important for the search firm to identify and deliver a diverse range of applicants for these roles.
