This will be achieved by providing a core learning and development (L&D) offering that will be delivered via either a blended approach . such as elearning (e.g. webinars, online training), face to face or mix of the two . The tender is being conducted under the Light Touch Regime (LTR) All tender information MUST be submitted through the CCS eSourcing Portal.
