Overview
South Tyneside Council and South Tyneside NHS Clinical Commissioning Group would like to invite you to a Supplier Engagement Event to support the development of a Complex Care Provider Framework in South Tyneside. The aim of the Framework will be to ensure people who are eligible for Continuing Healthcare (CHC) funding who have complex needs receive high quality and effective care in their own homes.
This includes adults who are at end of life, have a learning disability and behaviour that challenges, mental illness, and neurological disorders. The Supplier Engagement Event will provide information about the Framework and the procurement process to be followed.
The event itself will take place between 9:30am - 13:00pm on Tuesday 16th July 2019 at The Word, Market Place, South Shields, Tyne and Wear, NE33 1JF. Participation or non-participation in this Supplier Market Engagement event shall not prevent any supplier participating in any potential future procurement, nor is it intended that any information supplied as part of this process shall place any supplier at an advantage in any potential procurement process.
