The Provider will be expected to work collaboratively with health, social care, education and wider stakeholders to deliver joined-up, neighbourhood-based services. Delivery will be supported by a multidisciplinary workforce comprising qualified clinical and non-clinical staff, with Qualified Public Health Nurses providing professional leadership, clinical oversight and safeguarding expertise.
