Sheffield City Council is seeking to appoint a concessionaire to design, deliver and operate an e-bike hire scheme across the city, providing an additional mode of sustainable and active travel for residents and visitors. The proposed scheme will provide e-bikes suitable for Sheffield's hilly topography.
