Invitation to tender for the repair and maintenance of TV aerial and satellite dish systems
The purpose of this invitation to tender is for RBH to contract with suitable contractors for the repair and maintenance of TV aerials fitted to communal housing blocks owned by RBH. The homes range from single storey maisonette style blocks to deck access blocks and are all located within the Borough of Rochdale. RBH customers who live in communal blocks pay for the maintenance of RBH owned aerials via a weekly service charge and therefore it is paramount that this service is both prompt and offers good value for money.
Access to the tender documentation will be available to download from the following site: www.the-chest.org.uk. The registration process is free.
