Contract Value: £400,500 A single EOI was received and in accordance with the PSR 2023 regulations and guidance, NENC ICB considered whether the alternative provider that made itself known in writing following publication of the notice would be suitable given the key criteria as weighted. A request was sent to the provider to allow for assessment to be completed in accordance with the published process, however, a response was not received resulting in the EOI being withdrawn in accordance with the request.

Following market engagement, market analysis and the MSP assessment against the 5 Key Criteria the incumbent provider was identified as the Most Suitable Provider.
