Overview
Borderlands is seeking to appoint an experienced independent evaluator or team of evaluators to support the evaluation of its programme in the period 2026 - 2029. We are looking for an evaluator or team of evaluators who can work collaboratively with our team, consortium partners and Community Steering Group to understand the impact of our work, strengthen our approach to monitoring and evaluation, and generate meaningful learning that informs programme development. The evaluation should combine robust quantitative data with rich qualitative evidence, helping us understand not only what we deliver and who we reach, but also the difference our work makes to individuals, communities, artists and the wider creative ecology.
