The purpose of the External Appraisal Facilitator will be to externally facilitate the appraisal of the Board and Committees to ensure:
- the continued good governance of the Society,
- compliance with the appraisal requirements set out in the HCA regulatory standard for Governance and Viability, and the NHF 2015 Code of Governance,
- the process is rigorous and benefits from independence of judgement. Documents are available to download from www.the-chest.org.uk from 10.30am on the 13/06/16 and submissions should be made no later than 12pm on the 04/07/16.
