Overview

Ingeus are tendering for the DWP Restart programme. As part of the Chancellor's Plan for Jobs, DWP are launching the Restart programme, to support millions of people across the country who have been impacted by Covid-19.

We know that those who have been out of work for longer periods might need extra help to move back into employment. The Restart programme will meet this need through delivering a highly personalised and supportive employability provision to those needing help to find sustainable employment.

Ingeus UK are looking for Delivery Partners to enhance our support to find jobs for people in their local areas, deliver tailored support for individuals and help people get back into work. The Restart programme will support people who have been unemployed and in receipt of benefits for over 12 months, offering personalised support for a maximum of 365 days.

Additional details

The Restart programme will be measured against a high-level delivery offer, and achievement of employment outcomes, which will be based on participant earnings. Providers will deliver, primarily a face-to-face service, conduct effective diagnostics to create meaningful action plans, undertake a skills analysis and provide effective advice and guidance to people who are unemployed.

Linking with local employers will be imperative, providing support with skills and training, rebuilding confidence in a post-Covid environment, all with the intent to support people back into employment in this changing environment. We are therefore looking to Partner with organisations who have experience of delivering employability services.

We are therefore looking to partner with organisations under two key categories: - organisations who can deliver in our bid regions on an end-to-end basis (i.e. from point of referral to programme completion) - organisations who have a specialist/niche service, which will complement our delivery model and add-value Organisations looking to deliver on an end-to-end basis will have a proven ability at delivering similar employability services, can demonstrate good performance in their delivery and have existing delivery site infrastructure. Additional information: Partnership Opportunity Ingeus work with Partner organisations of all sizes across most of our service delivery.

Rated as 'Excellent' against the Merlin Standard for delivering excellence in supply chain management in 2016, 2018 and 2020; we value meaningful partnerships with like-minded organisations. We are particularly seeking organisations who can work at pace, be flexible and resilient to change and have proven performance experience in this sector.

In return, you will be part of the Ingeus Partner Network. Ingeus will support you with access to our wider resources, provide an IT system, live MI reports to monitor and track performance and a dedicated support team that will take you through the programme delivery.

Together, we will achieve market leading performance, build tenacity and resilience in our collective delivery teams. All throughout, positively impacting and changing lives through this difficult period.

Next Steps If you feel your organisation can deliver and meet the above expectations, we are keen to hear from you and invite you to complete this Call for Further Information. The deadline for completing this is 3pm on 23rd December 2020. A link to the Call for Further Information is here - https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/RestartCfI/ Your completed Return will be marked and assessed, with shortlisted organisations then being approached to discuss your submission and delivery proposal in further detail by a member of the Ingeus team.
