Overview
The services are for adults with learning disabilities living independently in self contained flats within the community. There are three supported housing schemes in Torfaen that will fall under this contract, Clos Y Fran, Somerton House and Ty'r Hen Ysgol.
Each contract will comprise of an agreed number of block hours and also a sleep-in member of staff at each scheme. The tender will be structured to allow any one provider to bid for one, two or all three of the contracts but only able to deliver a maximum of two of the available contracts.
