Rhaid i gyflawni gyd-fynd ag egwyddorion Agenda Marmot a Deddf Llesiant Cenedlaethau'r Dyfodol (Cymru) 2015.Yn ogystal â'r gofynion craidd, bydd disgwyl i'r darparwr llwyddiannus gyflawni canlyniadau gwerth cymdeithasol sy'n cyfrannu at adeiladu gallu cymunedol, datblygu sgiliau, mwy o gyfranogiad dinesig a manteision cynaliadwy i gymunedau Merthyr Tudful.Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced provider to design and deliver a Deep Listening Exercise in support of the Merthyr Tydfil Marmot Programme.The appointed provider will work collaboratively with the Council, University of South Wales, Cwm Taf Morgannwg Public Services Board partners, local stakeholders and communities to gather, analyse and report on the lived experiences of residents across the County Borough. The exercise will inform future policy development, service planning and place-based interventions aimed at reducing health inequalities and improving wellbeing.The contract will include:Development of a detailed engagement and research methodology.Co-production of research questions and engagement approaches with key stakeholders.Recruitment, training and support of community researchers and/or local participants.Delivery of inclusive engagement activities with residents, including those from underrepresented and seldom-heard groups.Collection of qualitative and quantitative insight through a range of community engagement methods.Analysis and interpretation of findings, identifying key themes, issues and opportunities.Production of reports, presentations and recommendations to support implementation of the Marmot Programme.Transfer of knowledge and skills to local partners to support future community engagement and community capacity building.The provider will be expected to demonstrate experience in community engagement, participatory research, health inequalities, co-production and working with diverse communities. Delivery must align with the principles of the Marmot Agenda and the Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015.In addition to the core requirements, the successful provider will be expected to deliver social value outcomes that contribute to community capacity building, skills development, increased civic participation and sustainable benefits for the communities of Merthyr Tydfil.
