Overview
Southampton City Council invites applications from suitably experienced contractors who wish to tender for this requirement: The project is for the removal and replacement of the existing large Victorian-style timber framed windows to part of the three-storey primary school. The windows are to be replaced with uPVC framed windows in a closely matching style, with teleflex opening mechanisms.
A minimum of five and maximum of six tenderers will be invited to tender for the works. Works value estimated at £235k.
Deadlines for submission of prequalification questionnaires is to be by 17th April 2015 15:00. It is anticipated that tender docs will be issued by 6th May 2015 with a commencement on site of 3rd August 2015.

If the applicant considers that any of the information submitted in the proposal should not be disclosed because of its sensitivity then this should be stated with the reason for considering it sensitive. The contracting authority will then consider the sensitivity statement before replying to any request received under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Tender documents or notice of non-acceptance, as appropriate will be issued to all applicants.
