Overview
NHS Lanarkshire Health Board (“the Board”) invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to tender for appointment to the NHSL329-26 Joinery Contractors Framework. The framework will support the Property & Support Services Division in delivering planned, reactive, routine and emergency joinery works across NHS Lanarkshire’s healthcare estate.
One contractor will be appointed and must provide a responsive service, including 24-hour, 365-day emergency cover, in accordance with the specified priority response times. The framework will operate for an initial period of 24 months, with the option to extend for a further two 12-month periods. Contractors must provide a safe, reliable and responsive service that supports clinical operations.
