This requirement is for the full administration, operation, support, hosting and management of the existing WDF service. It includes website and database hosting, system administration, user account management, local authority helpdesk support, training, data collection management, chasing non-respondents, validation of English local authority returns, maintenance of guidance, production of reports and datasets, support to operational and user governance arrangements, and delivery of agreed system change
