Overview
Chelmsford City Council operates two depots which undertake repair and maintenance of a wide range of vehicles. The Council is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for obtaining quotes for vehicle parts and accessories. Membership of the DPS is open for the full term of the agreement.
