Based on current risk within Essex County Fire and Rescue Service, the anticipated amount of foam required is 18,000 litres. The foam should be delivered in 1000 litre intermediate bulk containers (IBC) and top up stock will be required for each IBC used. Essex County Fire and Rescue Service is seeking to tender the disposal of its current 13,000 litre stock of AFFF firefighting foam.
