Overview
Tenders are invited for a land maintenance services contract, together with cleaning of bus shelters, for a 3 year contract, commencing 1st April 2027, with the possible extension of the contract for a further 2 years at the end of the 3 years following a review. Tenders are to be received by noon on Tuesday 3rd November 2026, The prices are to be based on 1 year's work from April 2027 to March 2028 for a 3 year contract which will increase or decrease according to the retail price index (excluding house prices). All forms should be returned to the Clerk either electronically or by post.
