Tameside Council own The Morgan Quarter which is a mixed-use development in the Centre of Cardiff, incorporating retail, commercial office and residential accommodation. The site is located in Central Cardiff flanked by St. Mary's Street and The Hayes and connected by two arcades - The Royal & Morgan respectively.
The scheme is a Grade 2 Listed Building. The Council is seeking quotes for the installation of a variety of working at height safety equipment to minimise the risk of falling from height.
