However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. - The University of Leeds has one of the largest Trend BMS systems in the U.K., having in excess of 75 LAN's and approximately 100,000 points.
Additional details
A BEMs officer manages the Trend BEMS controls system, with a second officer tasked with maintaining the extensive metering system utilising Niagara AX/N4 and Niagara 4 with Jace data collection devices in the field. The University of Leeds requires a partner to provide BEMS and metering support to the Academic Estate.
This document should be read in conjunction with the relevant supporting documents / appendices listed in the additional tender information section. Academic Site - All Trend BEMs systems located within the Academic portfolio are covered by this contract with the exception of the University owned properties located at St James Hospital. Residential Properties - are not included within this contract as they are currently covered by a full FM contract provider.
