Successful Tenderers may be required to carry out work/services at any location within the East Riding of Yorkshire. An initial contract duration of 3 years with optional annual renewal up to a maximum total of 5 years. Renewals will be made by and at the sole discretion of the Employer. Estimated total value of Contract £250k per annum. This includes an allowance of £15k for additional clearance and cleaning services not covered by the schedule of rates. There is an additional uplift for fluctuations of £35k over the lifetime of the contract. Estimated maximum potential contract value over 5 years, £1.285m.
