For each of the four geographical lots, The Authority will appoint a maximum of four Service Providers in each lot. Care packages will then be allocated between the Service Providers on a strictly rotational basis.
It is anticipated that for existing care packages the contract will start incrementally with customers being offered the choice of a direct payment or moving to the provider in their area on the new framework at the time of their annual review.
