Overview
Since 2016, H&I Colindale have undertaken Human Leucocyte Antigen (HLA) class I and class II typing for unrelated stem cell and platelet donors by an 'in house' NGS method using the Illumina MiSeq® platform. The protocol was designed for high throughput testing using Beckman Coulter Biomek® FXp liquid handling robots.
This consumable is an essential requirement for the in house protocol. This Framework Agreement is for a period of 2 years with an option to extend for 1 year.
