THG wishes to procure under open tender a Design and Build contractor. It is envisaged that the successful tenderer will be awarded the Contract for the scheme at Redcar Road, Southbank which incorporates the design and construction of 28Nr bungalows for rent with associated parking and landscaping Additional information: Thirteen Housing Group Ltd are currently out to tender for the provision of construction services.
