FALMOUTH EXETER PLUS Falmouth Exeter Plus ("FXPlus") is the service delivery partner of Falmouth University (Falmouth) and the University of Exeter (UoE).
FXPlus delivers shared services and facilities for UoE and Falmouth at the Penryn Campus in Cornwall. SUMMARY OF FXPLUS REQUIREMENTS Project Scope The scope of work for the South Campus Infrastructure project includes the designing and delivery of both above and below ground campus infrastructure works, including connection to existing building(s) where required.
This includes the following key items, Replacement car parking An access road to the adjacent Student Residencies project initially for construction and subsequently permanent access Waste compound expansion Lighting, drainage and CCTV to the above Minor electrical works (noting the HV improvement works are being undertaken by others and are nearly concluded). Gas infrastructure Hydrant and Water Main Landscaping Footpath improvements Drainage improvements FXPlus is seeking one bidder to supply all the requirements.
