The review of tenders received will also form the basis of works undertaken within RIBA Stage 3.
Technical design of the building, in accordance with RIBA Stage 4 will form the responsibility of the appointed Contractor. The council will require advice from a services consultant to check the ongoing Contractors Proposals and commissioning of the built systems.
