Overview
BCP Council requires scaffolding services to be provided at various projects and locations throughout the BCP Council area.\r \r The work will be tendered in two Lots. Suppliers can choose to bid for one or both Lots. The scope of this framework includes but is not limited to:\r • Lot 1 Commercial and Site Housing including flats (existing & new), including but\r not limited to:\r o Commercial scaffolds\r o Corporate buildings / offices\r o Leisure buildings\r o School buildings\r o Historic buildings\r o Museums and cultural buildings\r o Bridge structures\r o Seafront structures\r \r • Lot 2 Housing and domestic including flats\r o Domestic scaffolds\r Scaffolds must be designed, erected, altered and dismantled only by competent people and the work should be carried out under the direction of a competent supervisor. https://www.hse.gov.uk/construction/safetytopics/scaffold...
