As documents are downloadable, the identities of interested parties will not be known to the Council. Registration is necessary in order that any communications can be directed to any potentially interested bidders.
Registration has no other purpose and implies no commitment to submit a tender. The tender criteria and weightings shown in Appendix F are given in good faith but have not, at the time of issue of these documents, been approved by the Rutland County Council Cabinet.
Cabinet is due to meet in Mid July. Any amendments which may be required will be issued to all registered potential bidders. Late responses will not be considered.
