Overview
Together Housing Group manages a portfolio of approximately 32 playgrounds of varying ages and condition across the Northwest and Yorkshire. This includes 22 playgrounds in Lancashire, 9 in Calderdale and 3 in Salford.
We intend to appoint a single provider for Lot 1 and up to three providers for Lot 2. This is a three provider appointment where we require providers to design, supply, install and commission new playground equipment and undertake any major refurbishment or replacement of existing play facilities across its housing portfolio.
