SPORTS AND PARKS SERVICE PROVISION OF ONLINE BOOKING FOR TENNIS COURTS IN BRENT PARKS - 1 APRIL 2015 31 MARCH 2016 WITH OPPORTUNITY TO EXTEND TO 31 MARCH 2017. Brent council are seeking to procure the services of a supplier to manage an online booking and payment system that will centralise the booking of its tennis courts and support the payment for those at the point of booking.
After a successful pilot scheme introduced by the council in June 2014, the opportunity to secure a 12 month contract, with the opportunity to extend for an additional 12 months is now open to tender. The contract will commence 1 April 2015 and terminate, excluding extension, 31st March 2016. Brent tennis court locations: Alperton Sports Ground Alperton Chelmsford Square - Kensal Rise Eton Grove- Kingsbury Gladstone Park- Dollis Hill King Edward VII Park Wembley Preston Park -Wembley Roe Green Park Kingsbury Woodcock Park - Kenton.
