Their ability to provide the required financial / commercial support at WMCA's offices in Birmingham 2. Relevant experience relevant experience of Tram / Railway Vehicle Procurement in a similar government agency procurement structural scenario 3.
Experience of different financing options (such as outright purchase, leasing arrangements, private finance, etc.) and an understanding of the applicability and efficiency of these in a tram procurement scenario 4. An Understanding of Railway Vehicle Whole Life Costs and Financial Modelling.
