Overview

Provision of consolidated IT services, including Microsoft 365 support, cyber security, backup and disaster recovery, and technical consultancy The Water Industry Commission for Scotland (WICS) is seeking to appoint a single supplier to provide a consolidated managed IT service supporting its Microsoft 365 cloud-based environment.

The scope of services includes Microsoft 365 backup and disaster recovery, enhanced email security services (including Mimecast) and cyber awareness training, Microsoft 365 and Azure/Entra ID administration and support, licensing management and optimisation, managed DMARC services, and the provision of draw-down technical consultancy support. The contract will consolidate a number of existing IT services into a single managed service arrangement to improve service integration, cyber security and operational resilience. The contract is expected to commence on 1 June 2026 and will run for an initial period of four years.
