Overview
This Qualifying Utilities Dynamic Market (QUDM) is for the delivery of Property Refurbishment, Property Construction and Property Maintenance (PRCM) services across National Grid's operational, corporate and specialist estate portfolio throughout England and Wales. The QUDM is intended to establish a qualified supplier marketplace capable of supporting the delivery of refurbishment, construction, maintenance, compliance, wellbeing and estate improvement projects across a diverse range of National Grid properties, including but not limited to offices, operational sites, stores, depots, workshops, welfare facilities, training centres, control facilities, substation ancillary buildings and other operational estate infrastructure.
In addition to the requirements of National Grid Electricity Transmission (NGET), National Grid Electricity Distribution (NGED) and National Grid Ventures (NGV), the Contracting Authority reserves the right for other National Grid group companies to procure works and services through this QUDM. No minimum volume of work is guaranteed in respect of such requirements. Once established, this QUDM may be used to procure and establish the PRCM Framework, which will serve as National Grid's principal route to market for property refurbishment, construction and maintenance services.
