Overview
West Yorkshire Combined Authority would like to invite interested suppliers to take part in this Pre-Market Engagement activity to support development of the project described below. The main aims of engagement include: gaining market insights, understanding best market practices, shaping the final Statement of Requirements and budget.
The purpose of this project is to identify a service partner who will support CA' network infrastructure, supply additional technology requirements and provide consultancy and related services. The appointed partner will work closely with the Digital and Technology Services (DTS) Team and support our organisation’s technology needs and ensuring value for money.
The DTS Team is responsible for all the technology solutions to ensure that the Combined Authority is equipped with the best suited modern technology and advice to fulfil its business functions. We cater for the needs of our staff working from the office, at home and all Combined Authority buildings, which includes 10 Bus Stations in West Yorkshire.
Additional details
We provide a standard offering of equipment which is role based to approximately 1200 people working from multiple locations. The needs of the business and staff are at the forefront of what DTS offer. The current support service contract expires on 1st December 2026 and is managed by the DTS Department.
