The specification is available within the online electronic tender questionnaire. These minimum requirements shall be considered on a pass/fail basis.
The Employer therefore reserves the right to disqualify any products that do not fully meet these requirements. Secondly, tenderers shall complete the quality statements with sufficient detail (including any necessary supporting information) to allow the CoWC to score the responses according to the mechanism detailed within the ITT. The quality statements will only be scored for those products which are considered to be fully compliant with the minimum requirements.
