Together for Adoption is a new Regional Adoption Service made up of five local authority adoption agencies: •St Helens •Warrington •Wigan •Cheshire West and Chester •Halton Aims of the service - Service users whose lives have been affected by adoption feel that they are able to contact an independent service via a helpline to explore their experiences and to seek information , advice and telephone counselling Service users (birth parents) feel that they have access to independent and effective support to assist them in dealing with issues relating to adoption.
