Overview

The University of Portsmouth has appointed a supplier to provide a flexible and independent penetration testing orchestration service to support the University's information security, cyber assurance and risk management objectives across our digital estate. This followed a further competition procedure in the ITS4052SU Software Licence Resellers Agreement & Consultancy Services (SLRA) Framework Agreement, Lot 5C - Cyber Assessment Terms and Conditions.

The contract was awarded following further competition. The service will provide access to a range of specialist penetration testing capabilities through a draw-down model, enabling the University to commission and prioritise testing activities across its digital estate in response to changing business needs, risk profiles, technology developments and project requirements. The appointed supplier will deliver an end-to-end managed service, including scoping, resource allocation, scheduling, quality assurance, reporting and management information.
