Leicester City Council requires a contractor that would be able to carry out the box office refurbishment. The current fixtures and fittings will need removing and the style of the refurbishment should be in keeping with the Edwardian nature of the building through simple, classic lines.
Suppliers must be willing and able to take and offer advice, guidance and ideas throughout the project and be flexible in their approach to design and finishes upon directive from De Montfort Hall.
