Overview

Scottish Enterprise have a requirement to procure a range of market research and company information databases to support core delivery of research services to Scottish companies. There will be 9 lots with one supplier appointed per lot.

Scottish Enterprise requires a UK company analysis database that can be used to access company reports, company accounts, annual returns and other filed documents. We require unlimited distribution rights for our internal staff and reasonable distribution rights that allow company reports and filed documents to be shared with external customers.

Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Note re contract value and duration - this contract will be for a 1+1+1+1 duration.
