Overview
We are particularly looking for support from Organisation Design (OD) Coach/facilitator who have experience of Transactional Analysis and work with the Peter Hawkins 7 Lens model or similar proven model. The DWP has an increasing need for OD within the department from a small team of Organisation Design staff.
These are staff who have undertaken OD training and need to continue to develop their practice through external coaching and supervision.
