Orbit is looking to procure a Mental Wellbeing Support Service from high-quality providers that will deliver a service that is demonstrably focused around the needs of Orbit Customers. We currently provide access to specialist mental health support to around 700 customers (tenants).

We have commissioned a national partnership with a variety of mental health support providers enabling our customers to be fully supported on their personalised recovery journey with individually tailored support. This support is provided in a range of ways to ensure the service is accessible and meets customers' requirement including one to one in person, digitally and by phone and also in groups.
